Let’s face it – most of us will get at least one cavity in our lifetime.  We offer fillings ranging from alternative, natural-looking materials to conventional silver-colored fillings made from porcelain and composite resins, which are colored to match natural tooth enamel.

Periodontal Disease Maintenance

Dr. Skaperdas performs a deep cleaning of your tooth’s surface. Quarterly visits are required to maintain your periodontal health.

Crowns are synthetic caps, usually made of porcelain, that are placed on the top of a tooth to restore its function and appearance, attach bridges, cover implants, or prevent a cracked tooth from becoming worse.

Implant Restoration

These synthetic structures are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root as a viable alternative to partial denture. We  offer restoration if you already have implants that have been put in by an oral surgeon.

Dental bridges are natural-looking dental appliances that replace a section of missing teeth while restoring natural contour and the proper bite relationship between upper and lower teeth. Bridges are sometimes referred to as fixed partial dentures, because they are semi-permanent and bonded to existing teeth or implants.

Specialty Dentures

These lightweight dentures mimic the look and feel of natural teeth. Most dentures are made from a combination of metals and synthetic material, such as acrylic resin, in partial or complete sets.

Teeth Whitening

If you prefer immediately whiter teeth or would rather whiten your teeth over a few nights while you sleep, Dr. Skaperdas has the answer with Zoom!®, the #1 teeth whitening system. The Zoom! In-Office Whitening System uses proprietary technology to whiten your teeth an average of 8 shades in a little over an hour. It’s ideal for anyone who wants immediate results. The Zoom! Take-Home Whitening System uses a revolutionary patent-pending gel to whiten your teeth an average of 6 shades in 3 nights and you may go even lighter with additional applications. Start on Friday and by Monday you’ll have a whole new smile!

Bonding is a process in which an enamel-like material is applied to a tooth’s surface, sculpted to an ideal shape, hardened, and then polished for a terrific smile. It is usually completed in a single visit and the results last for several years. However, bonding is more susceptible to staining or chipping than other forms of restoration, such as veneers. But when teeth are chipped or slightly decayed, bonded composite resin is the ideal choice. It is also used as a tooth-colored filling for small cavities and broken or chipped surfaces.

Contouring & Reshaping

This relatively simple procedure corrects crooked, chipped, cracked, and even overlapping teeth.

Crown Lengthening

This procedure reshapes gums and bone tissue and is often used to correct a “gummy” smile.
